The Owners Club Homestead Member Exchange is a tool to allow the Homestead Owners Club Members to trade, exchange, request, or sell confirmed reservations to other Homestead Owners Club Members only.

Failure to comply to Member Exchange rules will result in removal from the Exchange.

• All sales/trades must be between Member and Member. If you forward an exchange email to a non-member, you are responsible for initiating the sale for your guest and letting the Owners Club Office know. You are responsible for letting your guest know our rules. Guests do not receive discounts at The Omni Homestead. Golf guest rates only apply if the Member is in residence.
• The Member whose time is being used must be the person to notify us of who you've traded or sold to. The easiest way to do this is to email us at concierge@ownersclubhomestead.com and copy the person(s) you have sold or traded to. This lets us know it is a legitimate sale or trade.
• You can not use the exchange to buy or sell an Owners Club Interest.
• Please put the dates you are selling, trading or buying in the subject line of your exchange posts.
• Remove your post once it has been sold or the time has passed.
• We recommend you add no-reply@ocexchange.org to your email contacts so your email provider does not mark it as spam.
• Affiliate Clubs' reservations cannot be considered in any exchange or sale. It is strictly prohibited by their rules and regulations
• If you purchase time that connects to an existing reservation, please let us know so we can ensure that you stay in the same home.
• Please do not include the housekeeping fees in your arrangements. We will collect the appropriate amount from the incoming member/guest.
• Please be sure that your guests are aware of the appropriate guest rates for golf and that they do not receive Member discounts at the resort.
• If you don't like getting all the notifications - let us know! We can disable the emails, but you can still log in and see what's for sale or trade.
