Due to the volume of our Sunday departures and arrivals and the additional sanitation efforts made for your health and safety, we must change our earliest arrival time to 5:00 PM. The clubhouse is open now from 8:30am-6:00pm daily.
Current check-in and checkout procedures will remain in place due to popular demand.
Monthly newsletters will be emailed to you through Constant Contact. You will need to check your spam folder for these and be sure to mark them not spam so you will be sure to receive them.
Please call The Owners Club Concierge staff at 540-839-3700 to confirm your arrival and to make arrangements to pay for the housekeeping fee. You will be given your Club home number and the location of the key for self-check in.
Each house will be cleaned and sanitized between stays. Top coverings of bedding and shams are being stored and sealed until further notice. We do not have the capability of laundering them between stays. Please do not bring your own bedding. We have plenty of blankets in the closets for your use and we can easily wash them between visits in the time frame of our schedule. If you use them, leave them out so we know to clean them.
If you are sending guests in your place, you will need to advise them of these guidelines as you are responsible for your guests while they are in residence. As always, let us know who is coming in your place and if they are paying for the housekeeping fee. If they are not aware of the fee, we will automatically bill the Member.
